Refund & Cancellation Policy
Homeschool Physical Education & Baseball Academy
Enrollment in The Grind Lab Tampa Homeschool Physical Education & Baseball Academy reserves a limited space for your student. Due to staffing, facility costs, curriculum planning, and program preparation, all registration fees, deposits, tuition payments, and academy fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for:

Voluntary withdrawal from the program

Missed classes or absences

Schedule conflicts
-
Relocation
-
Athletic commitments outside the academy

Suspension or dismissal due to policy violations

Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Failure to attend classes does not release families from their financial obligation.
One-on-One, Small Group & Team Training Sessions
To provide the highest level of service and scheduling availability, The Grind Lab Tampa requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all training session cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Policy:
✅ Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled based on availability.
❌ Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full and will not be eligible for a refund or make-up session.
❌ No-shows are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions.
❌ Training packages, lessons, camps, clinics, and memberships are non-refundable.
The Grind Lab Tampa reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather, facility issues, coach availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Program Disclaimer
The Grind Lab Tampa Homeschool Physical Education & Baseball Academy is a supplemental educational and athletic enrichment program. Parents remain responsible for complying with all applicable homeschool laws, recordkeeping requirements, and educational regulations.
While educational guidance, tutoring support, academic assistance, and student success planning may be offered, The Grind Lab Tampa does not guarantee academic outcomes, athletic advancement, team placement, scholarships, recruiting opportunities, or specific performance results.
Participation in athletic activities, fitness training, camps, clinics, and academy programs involves inherent risks. By participating, parents and students acknowledge and accept these risks.
The Grind Lab Tampa, its owners, coaches, instructors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in academy activities except as required by law.
Enrollment and participation in any program, training session, camp, clinic, or event constitutes acceptance of all policies, procedures, waivers, and terms of participation.

By registering for any academy program, camp, clinic, lesson, or training service, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to The Grind Lab Tampa's Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Waiver, and Program Terms.
